Illustrators Design New Wardrobe For Be Like Bill Meme

Ah Bill - the nondescript stick figure we're all being told to be like.

The social media meme, which has taken over news feeds since the start of the year, aims to be a champion for internet etiquette, and addresses commonplace behavior that annoys many online users.

The character, created by Eugeniu Croitoru, has quickly developed a huge following on Facebook, and his tongue-in-cheek advice has addressed some of the big issues of our time - including selfies, food photographs, and relationship statuses.

And despite all the publicity, which granted, has been a mixture of positive and negative, Bill has pretty much maintained the same image throughout.

Aside from a knitted hat, and other subtle variations, he is simply illustrated as a black line drawing, stood next to his righteous words.

So our creative community here at DesignCrowd decided to give Bill a bit of a makeover, to ensure he is dressed to impress during his time in the spotlight.

The designers were asked to imagine him as anything from a hipster to a goth, and a business man to a beach bum. View the full wardrobe, or scroll down for some of the best illustrations.
